For 2025, we will continue using an online entry and show processing system.  This allows us to run our shows more efficently!  Exibitors will be able to access class counts, show day time schedules, and show results online.  It also allows us to track points more efficiently.

Pre entries will be processed through Horseshowing.com.  All pre entries will be $20 per regular class, with the Blue & Gray Medal and the Hunter Classic at $25.  Horseshowing.com charges a fee of $1 per entry for individual shows, or you can get a yearly subscription for $25.  If you pre enter, classes may be added or scratched at the show with no additional fees.   Pre entries are due by noon the Friday before the show unless otherwise noted.

Post entries will be $25 per class, with the Blue & Gray Medal and the Hunter Classic at $30.

  • Find the Blue & Gray show by scrolling through “Upcoming” or use search box

  • Click “Enter Online”, then again on “Click Here to Enter Online”

  • The first time, you will have to create an account to log in.  Follow the directions to add people and horses to your account

  • Click “Create Entries.”  You will need to select the show again

  • Select horse and rider from the drop boxes.  Click on “Rider 1 Classes” and type a class name or all

  • You can choose to pay a $25/horse subscription to horseshowing.com, or pay a fee of $1 per show entry.  This is set up through their site, not the Blue & Gray.

  • Entries will be due at the show, cash or check payment only.  Payment or an open check should be left at the show office before competing.

Returned checks will incur a $40 service fee, and must be paid before points from that show will count.  Repeat offenders may be required to pay cash for show entries and other expenses.

A current Coggins test is required for all horses on the show grounds.  The Blue & Gray Horse Shows LLC is compliant with The  USEF Equine Vaccination Rule. Exhibitors must provide documentation of current EIV and EHV (flu and rhino) vaccinations to our show offices.  PAPERWORK FOR MEMBERS WILL BE KEPT ON FILE BY THE CIRCUIT!  Please see circuit rule 13 for definition of proper verification.   We ask that you check your horses temperature before hauling to our facilities.
